Refocus: Training Your Brain for Balance, Calm, Confidence, & Connection

Dave Mochel teaches principles and practices for being well that are based in modern neuroscience and enduring wisdom. He partners with businesses, schools, and individuals to make sure that attention and energy are focused on what is present, what is important, and what is effective. Dave received his BA in biology from Williams College, his Masters in humanistic education from SUNY New Paltz, and he has completed a clinical internship in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. After spending 25 years teaching physics, neuroscience, well-being, and leadership in independent schools, Dave now works all over the world with executives, athletes, teachers, parents, and teens.
