Jaime Diamond, a business owner and active community volunteer who decided to run for school board.

Jamie Balch Collins, a nonprofit professional who stepped into a much larger executive role in meeting the needs of local families as Executive Director at Girl’s Inc.

Natalia Alarcon, a community volunteer and psychotherapist who threw her hat in the ring for Carpinteria City Council.

• This forum will explore why and how these individual women decided to up their leadership game with intention, clarity and purpose during a tumultuous time in history. A facilitated Q&A will follow.
