Hospice of Santa Barbara staff and trained volunteers will answer final questions and provide a Notary to witness your signature/finalize your ‘MyCare” document. This service is provided FREE OF CHARGE. Appointment Required. By Appointment only. Starting at 4:00 pm and continuing every 5 minutes until all documents have been notarized.
